We are looking for a curious, hard working and enthusiastic person to join our growing London team. You will be a core member of the Sales & Business Development team, working closely with the Head of Sales to grow Minut’s sales across channels with a focus on the retail and distributor sector.

We're a start up so are looking for someone who is able and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities to help fuel our growth. 

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Work towards managing the day to relationships with global distribution partners, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we provide excellent support to our partners
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to prepare for meetings, executing account strategy and manage customer requests
  • Maintain outstanding customer relationships by providing outstanding account support
  • Generating, identifying and approaching promising leads within the target areas
  • Manage and qualify incoming leads
  • Handle outbound and inbound sales 
  • Be responsible for organizing, preparing, and travelling for industry events, meetups, summits and trade shows globally
  • Reporting and tracking leads and progress in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the smart home market 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities 

You’ll Have

  • An incredible initiative and the attitude that is no job too big or too small (you might need to take out the trash and pitch a CEO in the same day)
  • The mindset of coming to work each day to work hard, learn and be an indispensable part of the team. You like to figure things out on your own but are able to ask for help as you need it.
  • Confidence to take on new challenges, flexibility to support across all areas of the business
  • Up to 2 years of account or partnerships experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Keen interest in smart home is a plus
  • Experience working with high level stakeholders a plus
  • Desire to work in a start-up environment and the ability to adapt to change 
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are confident running with new projects. You’ll be supported internally and given a lot of leeway to own relationships.
  • Ability to travel from time to time -- both to our office in Sweden and to global partners and trade shows.
  • Strong written and verbal, presentation and organisational skills

This role will report to the Head of Sales and be based in Vauxhall, London.
