Senior Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for an experienced partnerships manager to join our growing London team and work closely with the Head of Sales and CEO to drive our global strategic partnerships with telecommunication companies and internet service providers. You’ll be responsible for managing long lead opportunities and then own the relationship once you’ve closed the deal. As the business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to create a team of account managers.

Here are some of the things you’ll do:

  • Take over as the lead on existing opportunities. Own and manage any trials, negotiations and contract reviews.
  • Be the lead on pitches, owning the creation of presentation materials
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of leads, owning every step of the process to maintain and grow the pipeline
  • Manage long and complicated negotiations with high level partners
  • Set and meet ambitious financial goals for each partnership
  • Be fully responsible for supporting brand partners and managing their ongoing relationships with the organisation
  • Develop and plan cross-promotional activity, joint projects and events with partners and identify new opportunities within these partnerships
  • Weekly, monthly and annual sales forecasting and reporting
  • Work with internal teams to create and maintain happy, revenue driving partnerships

You’ll have:

  • You will be skilled at generating new leads, establishing new relationships and building trust. The benchmarks of this role are not only quality partnerships, but also significant financial targets.
  • You are commercially minded - strong focus on business growth with the ability to not only work towards metrics and targets but to set them
  • Desire to work in a start-up environment and the ability to adapt to change
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing high value and high profile accounts
  • Strong track record of excellent partnership communication and management
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are confident at working with the broader team in order to make the most of partnership opportunities.
  • You are a strategic thinker with an emphasis on operational excellence.
  • Ability to travel from time to time -- both to our office in Sweden and to global partners and trade shows.
  • Strong written and verbal, presentation and organisational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups
  • 5-7 years of experience 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, fluency in German or French a plus

This role will report to the Head of Sales and be based in Vauxhall, London.
