Minut is a fast-growing startup who believe every home should feel safe. At the core, we offer non-intrusive smart home security for every type of home through our product the Minut Smart Home Alarm. It’s available today with thousands of people using it around the world.

We’re looking for a bright and energetic CRM manager to improve our conversion, engagement and retention focused marketing efforts to help us drive the business forward.

You will be data-driven and highly focused on conversion and retention rates. Your primary focus will be to own the customer (B2C and B2B) email journeys, articulating the benefits of the product, the monthly plans and ensuring members renew each month. You will also work with other team members to develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

You will be expected to have a good command of the English language and be able to write clearly. You will also need previous experience in a similar retention or engagement based role for an online business.

Continually identifying areas for improvement, you'll be a key force in ensuring that customer experience is always positive and continually results in product sales, subscriptions and renewals. You'll need to be enthusiastic and motivated, with good communication skills across a variety of mediums.


Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM role

  • Significant email marketing experience
  • Data savvy, with the ability to interpret data and trends and spot improvement areas
  • Experience writing and developing surveys to explore user opinions
  • HTML email coding experience preferred 
  • Understanding of the digital marketing channel mix
  • Good written and spoken English
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Team worker
