We’re looking for a support member to join our team in Malmo to give reliable, transparent and efficient customer support to future customers and present users.

You will be a part of a customer support team where you’ll play an important role helping our customers as well as communicating gained knowledge to the rest of the company in the best way. You will work closely with the other support members, as well as the marketing team and development team.

We want to create a home alarm and monitoring device that millions of people can use to understand what’s going on inside their homes — allowing them to improve their safety today and catch any small issues before they become big issues.

A truly personalised product for each customer means delivering tailored insights and advice to each person based on their own situation and goals — whether that's protecting their home from intruders & fire, or ensuring it’s an environmentally safe place to raise a family.

Work at Minut

  • A varying job where you’ll learn new things every day.
  • The ability to have a meaningful impact on a product that is just entering a global market.
  • Flexible schedule with the possibility to work remotely.
  • Contribute to the success of a fast-growing startup and the opportunity to grow with us!

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a knack for solving technical problems and know how to find solutions to problems you haven’t seen before.
  • You have previous support experience and a great sense for customer service and sales.
  • You like solving problems on your own as much as you enjoy working together with the rest of the support team.
  • You have an interest in the smart home and might have a few connected devices on your own already.
  • Your English is excellent! Good knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • You are structured, you adapt well to new situations and are able to deal well with concurrent tasks.

  • Handle and respond to customers feedback and solve user issues across Minut’s various support channels.
  • Help future customers who haven’t yet purchased the product and offer them guidance for creating a safer home environment.
  • Analyse and summarise customers’ feedback to the product development and marketing team.
  • Continuously find ways to improve and evolve Minut’s Help Centre.
  • Be a kick-ass team member!

You work 10-15 hours a week and are expected to be able to join meetings about once a week. Expected start, latest september 1. Like to join our team?

Perks and Benefits

  • Ability to influence everything

Minut’s organisation is flat and transparent. Executive team meetings are open for all to join. Results of board meetings are presented at all-hands meetings. Once inside, you’ll have access to all data to be able to participate in the decision-making.

  • Responsibilities beyond the normal

The room to grow as an individual at Minut is immense. As a small team breaking new ground, you’ll get to take on tasks and responsibilities that you likely wouldn’t be able to do elsewhere and we’ll help you get there.

  • Ownership

Comes through responsibility, but at Minut we also translate that into financial ownership. All full-time employees are offered a generous stock options package. If we do well together, everyone benefits.

  • Incredible flexibility and travel

Whether you’re a parent or need some extra time to focus, you’re always welcome to work from home from time to time. We only ask that you communicate in advance and let your colleagues know. If you’re travelling, take the opportunity to work from any of our offices in Malmö, London or Stockholm.

  • Stellar colleagues

Work with some of the best people in the industry who recently worked at companies such as Apple, Google and S’well. Or why not challenge Fredrik on how to reverse engineer a 4G base station?

Workplace and Culture

Joy, experimentation and curiosity may not lead us on the straightest path but it will take us the furthest. We work hard to help and challenge each other to break new ground.

We believe in opportunities to share, socialise and relax with colleagues. "Fika" is a lot more than a simple coffee break. Sometimes these moments lead to the best ideas.

Whether you need to pick up the kids or simply take care of that in-home delivery, the hours and location where you work can be flexible from time to time. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
